Here is what to expect when you reach out to us:

Step 1

When you get referred, either through your GP, School, employer or buy purchasing our pre – assessment from our online shop, you will be sent a client form to complete. This form tells us a little bit about you, your story and why you might be reaching out.

Step 2

Once we have received your form, we will send you an invitation to our ‘check -in’ session. This session helps us understand the presenting issues and align you with the Mentor who is best suited to helping you.

Step 3

You can get started with sessions now. We usually do 7 more sessions before re-evaluating whether you have the tools and resources to continue without sessions. You might need sessions less frequently or wish to pause sessions with the view of picking them up in the future.

Session cost:

Sessions last 45 minutes are online. You can take them from wherever you feel comfortable as long as there aren’t too many distractions, and you have good Wi-Fi. We tend to do sessions fortnightly, though we can be flexible around other commitments.

Session’s cost £25 for under 25s, or £36 for others. We know that life doesn’t get cheaper the older you get, but with the higher cost to adults, we can offset some of the expense of children’s and young people’s mental health support.
