Supervision Sessions
In the last few years, well-being support roles have been introduced across schools and organisations with people at the heart of what they do. Our supervision sessions look after the people that look after people! We know that supporting others in their mental health and well-being is challenging so we are here to debrief, share best practice ad check up on the people who are supporting others.
Every supervision session could
subsidise 2 Support Sessions for children.
Training Workshops
We are changing the training around mental health. Gone are the symptom focused, crisis management heavy, one day courses that offer no follow up support. We provide ongoing wellbeing training focused on building a preventative plan for individuals.
A plan that says, “I am probably going to experience something rough in my lifetime; here is how I am preparing for it, here are my tools for when it happens, and here is a plan of action for my support network to take when they notice these things that suggest I am not coping.”
Every workshop could subsidise up
to 34 Support Sessions for children
Qualifications
Our qualifications provide the same focus as our training workshops. Our qualifications are all followed up with support sessions to ensure the individual qualified has understood the information and been debriefed and we always suggest the implementation of continued support to those qualified. We train people to look after their team effectively, with boundaries and how to tell when decisions made by your organisation are detrimental to the mental health and well-being of your team.
Every qualification could subsidise
11 Support Sessions for children
