We won’t make you wait months; we won’t tell you that you aren’t unwell enough and we won’t make you explain your situation countless times. You will be in a session within a couple of weeks where we will try to get you back on the road to recovery with practical and possible solutions.
Giving you back control is our main priority
We want to provide the nation with accessible, effective and timely mental health support.
We are committed to building, operating and producing this support by providing the public with the resources and tools they need to actively improve their well-being personally or with support from our Mentors.
Our Values
Be Transparent
We won’t tell you it will be easy if it’s not, and we won’t tell you something just because you want to hear it. We won’t sugar coat it; we won’t even roll it in glitter, but we will prepare you for what is next.
Persevere
We stay dedicated to our mission. Improving mental health takes grit and determination and we are prepared to work hard to make the changes required. We won’t give up on you if you don’t give up on us.
Be solution focused
We want to make effective changes, that’s where we strive. None of this wishy-washy stuff, if it isn’t working, we will try something new.
Be calm
We remain calm and collected because that is how we think mental health support should be experienced. We want to provide a little shelter from what can feel like a storm.
Have compassion
We treat people with the understanding, respect and patience we wish to be treated with. We aren’t here to judge you, if you need help, we’ve got you.
Be sustainable
We provide long term solutions and plans to ensure the support we provide is consistent and sustainable. We won’t leave you in the lurch.
