Provision
An Arthur Ellis Provision is a total amount of sessions you can provide to your population.
Each patient referred into the provision receives 8 sessions including a ‘Check in’ where we administer health questionnaires for measuring impact as well as ‘Next Steps Session’ at the end where we cover their next steps of development.
Following sessions, each patient receives a free-trial for our online self-education resource, EEVON™ to provide them with continued access to education and support.
We work with your clinical team closely to manage any safeguarding concerns and follow up directly with families and other services to ensure your patients are looked after.
The majority of our sessions take place in the afternoon, evenings and weekends, providing additional hours for your surgeries.
Supervision
Ensuring clinical teams are supervised is a statutory requirement for Primary Care Networks.
At The Arthur Ellis Mental Health Foundation, we have colleagues trained in Clinical Supervision who can support your teams CPD whilst improving the safeguarding and continuity of care for patients.
Supervision Groups are automatically built into our Provisions so you can rest assured you’re covered! However, if we feel like someone in the team could benefit from a more individual approach, we can facilitate 1:1 supervision too!

We advise a minimum of 1 supervision group per organisation that works with us. 1 supervision group can hold 6 members of staff. This helps to manage case loads and communicate effectively with those handling the provision within the organisation. We hold these sessions once a month. If you are an organisation that does not require these, or work fewer months of the year (schools), we can make adjustements as required.

PCN HEALTH & WELLBEING SUPPORT
With our 1:1 service being for people of all ages, we can support patients and their families alike.
With each organisation we work with, we provide a number of available 1:1 sessions so your clinical teams and patients know they have professional support available to them if they need to access it.
As a not-for-profit, we work differently to profit-making systems. We ensure you enjoy 100% utilisation of your provision with us. This way of working also works seamlessly with our Supervision Sessions. Simply put, we identify an issue, refer and sort it.
