What Is Workplace Education & Training?

We are the British Quality Foundation’s exclusive partner for mental health training and our award-winning accredited training is certified by them. We regularly run education and training sessions across workplaces in a variety of industries and locations. We run these sessions with organisations that regularly donate to our cause at different levels, depending on what you need as a business.
Early Interventions

Using our Bananas and Doughnuts framework, our positive wellbeing sessions are fun, interactive and provide just that! These sessions are typically an hour and a half.
If you're also looking to make sure you have extra support in place for colleagues who may be struggling, our 1:1 service can bolt seamlessly alongside your organisation. We understand how challenging it can be working in high pressure environments and sometimes, people need extra support to perform at their best.
Wellbeing Champions

Our champion training goes a little further than just awareness building. It enables senior colleagues and those leading teams to develop and embed wellbeing strategies that can positively impact your whole workforce. Helping people develop an understanding and have initiatives that can drive positive wellbeing throughout your organisation.
These sessions are interactive and typically around 3 hours.
Wellbeing Conversations

We have created Wellbeing Conversations; a series of interactive, peer-to-peer training podcasts developed alongside your people.
With our film crew, we establish a set, invite guests from your organisation and collaborate to create training videos that can be used across your teams and beyond to spread awareness, tools and strategies for optimum wellness.
