These sessions are carried out online, at a time convenient to the individual. Each member’s provision consists of one Check-In Session, six Support Sessions and a Check-Out Session, bringing the total to 8 sessions per person.
Sometimes we find that an individual does not need the entire provision, or that they may need more than the allocated 8 sessions. If this is the case, we reallocate the sessions from the provision, providing your colleagues with the best care, and accurately ensuring everybody gets the support they need.
The sessions themselves last 45 minutes and can vary from conversations about why they are requiring support to sharing Arthur Ellis resources that uphold our strategies for implementing lifelong skills and tools. We like to set goals and make plans that provide your employees with actionable, practical solutions to their real-time problems.
