World Mental Health Day is organised and run by the World Health Organisation and this year; The World Federation for Mental Health has set suicide prevention as it’s area of focus.
As we have developed a Suicide Support Guide, we didn’t want to focus on suicide this year, we wanted to do something a little different. We wanted to develop a guide for all around recovery – what it means, how to make those first steps and what you can proactively do to support yourself if you start experiencing issues with your mental health.
