Arthur Ellis are incredibly excited to announce that Natalie Gallagher is joining their team. Natalie has worked within corporate business development for 10 years, working conservatively with businesses to develop solutions that suit their needs. Natalie is focused on working with corporate clients to help understand what their people need, what businesses want to achieve with their well-being initiatives and help them navigate the ever increasing complexities of mental health. She will be at the forefront of helping companies begin their journey with Arthur Ellis to stop purely reacting to mental health and begin working in ways to improving the mental health of the people and overall organisation.
As our corporate work helps drive our continued mission to deliver the UK’s most accessible mental health service for children, young people and adults, Natalie will also be working closely with our client’s CSR teams to ensure our values and mission is aligned with everything we do.
We have seen during the pandemic just how reliant we can be on the services that support us and what’s at risk when they aren’t there. That’s why we work with organisations to develop strategic partnerships that develop a culture of mental health improvement, dealing with issues proactively rather than waiting until it’s too late. Natalie is going to be fundamental in developing those relationships with corporate clients who really want to make a change to their employee mental health and well-being
Jon Manning founder of Arthur Ellis said:
It’s incredible to have Natalie on board from initially meeting her through our Non-Executive team, it quickly became apparent that she fit in with the ethos of Arthur Ellis and understood the need for why organisations don’t just need to react to poor mental health but need to understand how to improve mental health. This is an exciting, pivotal moment for Arthur Ellis and I am pleased that we can share it and grow as a business alongside Natalie.
