We love partnering with other not-for-profits and charities to bring our 1:1 service into their beneficiaries, staff and volunteers.
This could be working with you to provide access to our 1:1 service you’re your beneficiaries or working together on large, strategic projects and funding bids for longer term, sustainable collaboration.
Provision
An Arthur Ellis Provision is a total amount of sessions you can provide to your beneficiaries and staff or volunteers.
Each person referred into the provision receives 8 sessions including a ‘Check in’ where we administer health questionnaires for measuring impact as well as ‘Next Steps Session’ at the end where we cover their next steps of development.
Following sessions, each person receives a free-trial for our online self-education resource, EEVON™.
We work with your internal team closely to manage any safeguarding concerns and follow up directly with families and other services to ensure your people are looked after.
Care & Development
A lot of people work for Charities that hold a really close connection to their hearts. This is amazing and should be celebrated. However, the work can sometimes be heavy, especially if staff or volunteers have close connections to beneficiaries.
To help make sure your team feels supported, and are supporting your beneficiaries in the right way, we partner with charities to provide Care & Development sessions.
At The Arthur Ellis Mental Health Foundation, we have colleagues trained in Clinical Supervision who can support your teams CPD whilst improving the safeguarding and continuity of care for your people.
Supervision Groups are automatically built into our Provisions so you can rest assured you’re covered! However, if we feel like someone in the team could benefit from a more individual approach, we can facilitate 1:1 supervision too!
